Three First Selectmen Tap First Keg at Wilton Community Oktoberfest

First Selectman Lynne Vanderslice is helped by former First Selectmen Bill Brennan (left) and Paul Hannah in tapping the first keg at Wilton Kiwanis' Community Oktoberfest Sunday.

About 300 adults and 100 children enjoyed perfect weather, children's activities, and authentic food and bier on September 17 at the Kiwanis Pavilion on the grounds of the Wilton Family Y.

Lead sponsors for the event were Danbury Volkswagen and the Wilton Family Y.  Many other prominent Wilton businesses joined the hard-working club members who planned and mounted this successful fund-raising event.
